Coordinator
Burbank, CA Temporary $25.00 - $30.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

Location: Burbank, CA

Duration: Start date: ASAP - targeted end date 9/30/26 but has potential to extend

Compensation: Pay rate range $25-$30/hr

Role Overview: This is an administrative-heavy coordinator role supporting the awards team, with a primary focus on data entry, asset management, submission tracking, and overall coordination of awards-related materials and deadlines. While the position supports Awards Director and Awards Specialist directly, the work also contributes to broader PR efforts. It is important to position this as an awards-specific support role, not a creative, production, or development opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage awards submission tracking, deadlines, and status updates across multiple projects
  • Support data entry, asset organization, and maintenance of internal trackers and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate high-volume email communication and follow-up related to awards activity
  • Assist with organizing submission materials and related documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the awards team in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Profile: Candidates should have strong administrative experience and excellent organizational skills, ideally in an awards, entertainment, publicity, agency, or similarly fast-paced support environment. Previous talent agency experience would be a plus. They should be highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple trackers and deadlines, and confident handling routine coordination work. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys operational support and process management rather than someone seeking a creative, production, or content-focused opportunity.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, and SharePoint is required. Great organizational skills are required, along with the ability to manage spreadsheets, trackers, scheduling, and high-volume email coordination with strong attention to detail. Basic Photoshop experience is a plus, but only for light editing support.

Assignment Details: Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. M
