Role Overview: This is an administrative-heavy coordinator role supporting the awards team, with a primary focus on data entry, asset management, submission tracking, and overall coordination of awards-related materials and deadlines. While the position supports Awards Director and Awards Specialist directly, the work also contributes to broader PR efforts. It is important to position this as an awards-specific support role, not a creative, production, or development opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate Profile: Candidates should have strong administrative experience and excellent organizational skills, ideally in an awards, entertainment, publicity, agency, or similarly fast-paced support environment. Previous talent agency experience would be a plus. They should be highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple trackers and deadlines, and confident handling routine coordination work. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys operational support and process management rather than someone seeking a creative, production, or content-focused opportunity.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, and SharePoint is required. Great organizational skills are required, along with the ability to manage spreadsheets, trackers, scheduling, and high-volume email coordination with strong attention to detail. Basic Photoshop experience is a plus, but only for light editing support.
Assignment Details: Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. M
